Las Fabes (alubias), forman parte importante de la cultura gastronómica llanisca, al igual que en el resto de Asturias. Pero el Concejo de Llanes tiene sus propias especialidades también en la preparación y elaboración de estos platos.

A Celebration of Flour and Maize

Flour and maize are important part of gastronomic tradition and culture in Llanes. "los tortos", "la borona" o "el pantruque" are the most known dishes. A celebration of flour and maize occurs every year on march, in 2011 from 11th to 13th and 18th to 20th.
